CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS IN NORTH EAST NIGERIA
Save the Children has a strong presence in Nigeria operating in several states. As part of the response to conflict, Save the Children is already implementing Child Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, Nutrition, Education in Emergencies and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) across Borno State and is looking to scale up its response by supporting community-based organizations in North East Nigeria.
Save the Children is identifying community-based organizations with a demonstrated commitment and capacity to work in their communities to scale up current programs supporting Multi-thematic implementation. Save the Children will provide technical support though sub-awarding the secured awards to support the implementation of project activities.
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Expression of Interest should include the following on PDF:
i. An Expression of Interest letter on the letterhead of the organization;
ii. CAC Registration and TCC of the organization;
iii. A 1-2 page description of the organization’s work, focusing on humanitarian assistance;
iv. Key contact person(s), their position(s), and contact details;
v. A copy of National, State, or Local Government Registration (as appropriate); and
vi. Address of a physical office in the States of North East Nigeria.

All applications must be received by 5pm on or before 6th August, 2018. This Expression of Interest will be open between 17th July and 6th August, 2018.
Focus will be on Child Protection, WASH, Nutrition, Education and FSL.
Save the Children will contact only organizations whose submission reflect work focus, experience, and capacity requirements for the humanitarian response.
